1. Quality inspection of bars (sometimes covered with chocolate), i.e. inspecting them on cracking, crumbling, burned spots and missing pieces

2. Process control, i.e. product flow and row alignment.It checks the products with all their natural variations and can distinguish between nice and bad looking types. At the same time the packaging and wrapping process is being optimized. The system is parameterized, easy in maintenance (low cost) and easy to operate. The advanced modelling techniques keep the mechanics simple and let it operate in a moisty environment. Quite a lot of moisture or twisting do not affect the reliability of the system. Because of the modular structure, the system can be adjusted to the required capacity. The complete system is fully PC controlled.
