The CheckMaster II is a versatile measuring system, primarily intended for the deep printing industry but also applicable in other area’s requiring surface inspection.

The CheckMaster II measures automatically all relevant parameters such as diagonal, screen area and volume of cells on deep printing cylinders either engraved or etched. The accuracy of the measurements is better than 0.5 micron in each direction (x,y,z). Beside the measurement, tools for image/data back-up, logistics and presentation are available. The system is eveloped and produced in close co-operation between IMIX and Check Systems Enschede.
