Sausage Check is a system, originally developed for inspecting sausages just
before packaging. The system is checking on shape (straight/crooked),
measure and is also controlling the process flow. It checks the products
with their natural variations and is classifying the ones which are suitable
for selling. At the same time the packaging and wrapping process is being
streamlined. The system is highly parameterized, easy in maintenance (low
cost) and easy to operate. The advanced measuring techniques of the system
do not require high conditions on mechanics and are functioning in greasy
environments. Because of the high speed computer equipment, the system can
be adjusted to any required capacity. The system complies with the
requirements of the food industry.
